In regards to the Manager category, the system only allows one Manager to complete the assessment. When clients have more than one Manager, they can invite them under a different category i.e. ‘Others’.
Considering that the Manager is the only person whose feedback can be identified, the system provides the Manager the option of his/her results not being shown. If the Manager chooses this option, the results will be merged in the total results for ‘Others’, meaning that the rater bar for the Manager category will not be displayed.
