Participant Confidentiality:
The i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment & Report is confidential and only you, the About my Brain Institute and the i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner managing the assessment process have access to your results.
The About my Brain Institute keeps the PDF copies in the Assessment Portal to be retrieved for you at anytime. The results of your assessment make up part of the benchmarking database and the scores are used for statistical purposes to generate the benchmarking norms, your scores are kept anonymous and are not identifiable to the public.
The demographic information gathered as part of the assessment process solely serves for benchmarking group purposes, internal analysis and periodic reporting, aiding in the generation of global results for the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment.
⚠️Your personal identifiable data (such as name, email and demographic profile) will remain strictly confidential at all times and will never be publicly disclosed, safeguarding your anonymity.
Rater Confidentiality:
Rater scores remain anonymous, and individual names are not disclosed in the report. Participants cannot see who has and has not completed the assessment. Only certified i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioners and the About my Brain Institute have access to this information to the purpose of managing the access process for Participants.
Participants are required to send a minimum of 2 Rater invitations per category to maintain anonymity. The report is only generated once a minimum of 5 total Rater responses are obtained. Anonymity does not apply to the ‘Manager’ and ‘Spouse/Partner’ categories. For more details on this exception and about Rater categories, please refer to this FAQ.
Email Communication:
All email invitations and reminders for the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment are sent through our Assessment Portal, triggered either by a Participant completing the assessment or by an i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner. Once participants have completed the questionnaire or the deadline specified in the email has passed, no further reminders about the assessment will be sent.
