Percentage Scores

The coloured donut charts and bar graphs throughout the report show your Self and/or 360° Feedback Scores as percentages. The benchmark is represented by the dark grey bar graph.

The closer you are to 100%, the more likely you are utilising and displaying the abilities, traits, attitudes and behaviours that make up each competency and pillar of the i4 Neuroleader™ Model. The scale below shows the frequency of display.

In the i4 Neuroleader™ Report, we show your percentage scores next to the benchmark scores. This approach ensures your results remain unadjusted, providing a clearer perspective on how you compare to the global population that has taken the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment.

In the chart below, you will find your Self and Raters’ Scores represented by the coloured donuts and bar graphs, in comparison to the benchmark, which comprises everyone else's Self and Raters’ scores. The Raters’ scores represent the average from all raters who have completed your assessment. You will find these charts displayed for each of the 4 competencies and 16 pillars of the i4 Neuroleader™ Model.

Self Assessment

This is what your scores look like if you have only completed the Self Assessment:

The areas marked with question marks (?) in the (Raters’ Scores) sections signal where feedback from a 360° assessment would appear if you choose that version of the assessment. In the chart below, only your Self Score is displayed, represented by the coloured donut and bar graph, in comparison to the benchmark, which comprises everyone else's self score.
