Responses from your Raters are displayed in the horizontal bar graphs for each of the 16 pillars of the i4 Neuroleader™ Model and organised by rater category.
The percentages displayed next to the bars represent the average scores from your Raters, arranged according to the categories you selected during the invitation process.
There are 12 rater categories you can choose from:
- Manager (1 person maximum)
- Supervisors (minimum 2 people)
- Peers (minimum 2 people)
- Direct Reports (minimum 2 people)
- Internal Clients (minimum 2 people)
- External Clients (minimum 2 people)
- Suppliers (minimum 2 people)
- Friends (minimum 2 people)
- Family (minimum 2 people)
- Spouse / Partner (1 person maximum)
- Mentors (minimum 2 people)
- Others (minimum 2 people)
In categories with at least two participants, the percentage scores reflect the average score of the Raters in that category.
