The benchmark is represented by the dark grey bar graphs, representing the average score across the entire population that has undertaken this assessment. As of April 2024, the global database comprises 50,000 individuals.
These benchmarks are shown for each of the 4 competencies and 16 corresponding pillars. The benchmarks for Self and Raters are displayed separately and should be interpreted as such. The Self Benchmark reflects the average score of all individuals who have completed the self-assessment, while the Raters’ Benchmark indicates the average score from all Raters who have provided 360° feedback for participants in the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment.
The coloured bar graphs adjacent to the grey ones represent your assessment scores, which match the percentages displayed in the donut chart. This duplication of the graph format is designed to facilitate a visual comparison with the global population. If your bar graph falls below the benchmark, it indicates that your score is below the global average. Conversely, a bar graph above the benchmark suggests your score exceeds the global average. For precise comparisons, you can also reference the specific percentage score.
In the example above, we can see that the person's self score is a few points below the average, and that their Raters’ score is a few points above the average.
