There are two kinds of reports that you can receive when completing the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment. The ‘Self’ and the ‘360° Feedback’ Reports depending on what survey you have been invited to complete.
Self Report
Upon completing the self-assessment, you will immediately be able to download a PDF report of your self scores in the final section of the questionnaire. The PDF report will also be emailed to you in an attachment. In case you need to search your inbox, the subject of the email is: i4 Neuroleader™ Self Report (PDF).
360° Feedback Report
If you are completing a 360° Feedback Assessment, once the deadline passes, the 360° feedback report will be automatically generated and emailed to you by support@aboutmybrain.com as a PDF attachment within 24 hours of the completion deadline outlined in your invitation email.
We have a default deadline of 28 days from the moment you are invited, please ensure you aim to complete the process within this period, however if you need an extension, contact us.
Please note that the report will only be generated by the deadline, provided that the minimum requirement of 5 Raters is met. If you have invited more than 5 Raters and some do not respond by the deadline, the report will still be generated based on the responses from at least 5 Raters, as this is the minimum threshold.
If your report has missing Rater Categories, it means that Raters in those categories have not yet responded. They can still submit their responses using the same link after the deadline. However, you will need to contact us to request a new report generation once their responses are received.
⚠️ To read more about Rater categories please click here. To receive a report with all the Raters you intend to invite, please ensure you send out your invitations as soon as you receive the welcome email to allow enough time for your Raters to be included before the completion deadline is reached.
Why have I not received my report yet?
If you do not receive the PDF report attachment to your nominated email within the 24 hours of the specified deadline date, there are two possible reasons:
- You have not reached the minimum number of 5 Raters. The system will attempt to generate the report daily until the minimum number of Raters are met - read more here.
- The Practitioner managing your project may have extended your deadline to allow more time for your Raters to respond. Please get in touch with them or with us if you need to know the new deadline.
- Check your spam/junk folder, as the PDF report may have ended up in there. Watch for an email sent by support@aboutmybrain.com and ensure you whitelist or add it as a contact in your email system. In case you need to search your inbox, the subject of the email is: i4 Neuroleader™ 360° Feedback Report (PDF).
- Please take into consideration different timezones and processing time. The report is sent within 24 hours of that date depending on your timezone.
- If you have not received the report 48 hours after the deadline date specified in your welcome email, it could be because the practitioner has extended your deadline or it could be another reason. Please contact us if this is the case.
How do I access my report?
Please ensure that you save your emailed PDF report onto your computer. If you misplace the file, you'll need to contact us for another copy.
If a certified i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner is managing your project, they will also receive a copy of your reports.
Do Raters get a report?
No, only Participants will receive a report. Raters are only asked to provide their responses to assist the Participant. If a Rater is interested in learning more about the assessment you can direct them to this page.
