The progress report is based on the client’s ‘Matching Strengths’. This graph updates every time the client completes the 360˚ Feedback Assessment. By them participating more than once, they can evaluate if they are increasing the amount of Matching Strengths.
Keeping track of their evolution and knowing if they are improving in selected areas is an important aspect of any leadership development experience.
