On pages 6 & 7 of the PDF Report, you will find the i4 Neuroleader™ Model graphics which include the definitions for each of the 4 competencies and 16 pillars.
You can always refer clients to this page using it as an overview, in case they are unsure about their meaning. These definitions are also included in each section of the report for quick reference. Utilising them to give context is important to minimise misinterpretations when debriefing the report.
In addition, please note the language of the different levels used in the i4 Neuroleader™ Model & Report:
- Competencies (4) is the first level, these are used to group the pillars.
- Pillars (16) is the second level, these are used to group the underpinning items.
- Items (128) is the third level, shown in the ‘Strengths & Limitations’ section of the report. These are the answers to the assessment questions that clients have completed.
