Generating Group Reports

The i4 Neuroleader™ Group Report is included in the i4 Neuroleader™️ Platform Seat and it can be produced for any team or group of people of any size, at no extra cost.

About the i4 Neuroleader™ Group Report

The i4 Neuroleader™ Group Report shows how staff measures up when it comes to each of the four competencies and sixteen pillars of the i4 Neuroleader™ Model. You will be able to quantify the current leadership capability in a team or organisation and identify the strengths & limitations to assess how effective the ‘collective brain’ is operating.

Accessing this information allows the leader to understand the group’s strengths and limitations so they can redirect their efforts to improve performance, collaboration, innovation & agility and the underpinning pillars that make up these competencies at a team level.

Where are the results from?

Our system aggregates the 360° degree results from the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment (from each team member) and it plots the data unto the 8 page downloadable PDF Report.

What does the report show?

The infographics in this report shows the ranking for the team, the Top 2 and Bottom 2 items for each pillar, compared to the global benchmark. This report can be tailored and generated for an intact team, a department and/or the whole organisation.

The group’s data can be compared to the global population or to the internal population of the organisation that may have already completed the assessment. Our group analytics are also available as a progress group report to track the team over a period of time.

How do I generate a Group Report?

The option to download the Group Report becomes available in the ‘Project Settings’ tab once the following steps below are completed:

Step 1: Create a Group Category

Inside the ‘Project Settings’ tab, scroll down to the bottom until you see the ‘Project Structure’ accordion. Click on the ‘Add’ button after naming your ‘Group’ in the field provided. These ‘Group Category’ will appear as bubbles. You can delete these at anytime.

Step 2: Assign Participants into a Group Category

In the ‘Manage Clients’ tab you can assign Participants to a Group Category by using the green ‘Options’ button that appears next to each individual on the table - you can also apply a bulk action for multiple Participants. In either case, select the action ‘Assign Group Category’ from the dropdown and allocate that Participant to your chosen ‘Group Category’.

Step 3: Download Group Report

Once step 1 and 2 are completed, in the ‘Project Settings' tab select the action ‘Download Group Report’ from the dropdown menu provided in the ‘Manage’ accordion. In order to have Participants appear in the Group Report their results must be ‘submitted’.

    Additional FAQs

    What is a Group Category?

A ‘Group Category’ is how you categorise particular Participants within the Project for the purposes of creating a Group Report.

For example, you have a Project for Company ABC which has 4 different teams, and you want to generate a ‘Group Report’ for those 4 intact teams.

This means that you have to categorise these people into separate ‘Group Categories’. Let’s say there are 40 people within the company and 4 intact teams:

    • Management Team
    • Marketing Team
    • IT Team
    • Customer Service Team

    ‘Group Category’ vs. ‘Group’ Project’?

A ‘Group Category’ is the internal categorisation that you give within the ‘Group Project’ in order to create an i4 Neuroleader™ Group Report.
