Feedback Alignment

The purpose of the Feedback Alignment graphs is to show the point difference that exists between ‘clients and their raters’ raw scores.

This graph is to help participants quickly understand how significant the gap is, in regards to these specific scores.

There are three levels of significance: minor, moderate and important. The ‘Others’ circle always stays at the top and the ‘You’ circle moves down depending on how different the results between ‘You’ and ‘Others’ are.

The ideal position would be ‘minor’ and this is represented by the overlapping circles. Since this is a 360˚ report, the feedback alignment graph should be used to illustrate the difference in perception between how clients see themselves and how others perceive them.
