The Breakdown of Rater responses are shown as ‘raw scores’ and displayed by the bar graphs throughout the report, for both the competencies and pillars.
The different rater categories are displayed in the report depending on which categories the client has chosen at the time of completing the assessment.
There are 8 rater categories:
- Manager
- Peers
- Direct Reports
- Clients
- Suppliers
- Friends
- Family
- Others
The bar graph is only generated if the client reaches the minimum of 5 rater responses. If the client has less than 5 raters in total, this section will not show.
For each rater category to appear, the client needs to have a minimum of 2 rater responses per category (excluding the Manager category).
If there is only one response in that specific rater category, the bar will not show, although the rater’s scores will be counted towards the total score shown in the big ‘Others’ circle.
This is done to preserve the anonymity of the raters. Please note that if this was the case, the overall percentage shown in the big ‘Others’ circle may not be the same, if the client decides to add up /average out the scores of each category. Please note that the scores are not calculated in this way.
