Below are the email invitations that participants receive as part of the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment process. When they are set-up in our system, they will receive the following 4 emails:
- Email 1 - Invite Your Raters: i4 Neuroleader™ 360° Feedback Assessment:
This email contains a link that will take participants to page where they can invite their Raters to compete the 360° feedback process. - Email 2 - Complete your i4 Neuroleader™ Self Assessment:
This email contains a link that will take participants to the self-assessment questionnaire for them to complete. - Email 3 - Welcome to our Learn Dashboard:
This email prompts participants to create an account and set their password to access the Learning Dashboard. This account will provide them with the self-paced online i4 Neuroleader™ Course and learning resources for development after measurement. If they already have an account in our Learn Dashboard, they will not receive this email notification, just the one mentioned below👇 - Email 4 - You are now enrolled in the i4 Neuroleader™ Course:
This email notification lets participants know they have been enrolled in the self-paced i4 Neuroleader™ Course, providing them with a link to access the lessons and step by step instructions.
⚠️ Please note, if the Participant is only completing the Self-Assessment, they will only receive Email 2.

{Click here} to invite your Raters. All the instructions you need are provided on this page. We recommend bookmarking the link or keeping this email for easy access, as you can return to it at any time to manage your Rater invitations.

INVITING YOUR RATERS:
To keep the project on track, we recommend inviting your Raters today or as soon as possible to allow enough time for your Raters to be included before the completion deadline of {CompletionDate} is reached. Encourage your Raters to complete the assessment at their earliest convenience after receiving their invitation email.
This deadline marks the day the system will attempt to generate the report. Please note that if you reach the minimum of 5 Raters responses by this deadline, your report will be automatically generated within 24 hours of the specified completion date.
If you need an extension please contact the Practitioner managing your project or support@aboutmybrain.com.
⚠️ It's essential to select individuals who know you well and have interacted closely with you for at least 6 months, as they will be better equipped to complete the assessment. Please note that the assessment does not allow any questions to be skipped or marked as ‘not applicable’. Please read this FAQ.
YOUR SELF-ASSESSMENT:
In regards to your self-assessment, you should have received another email with a link to complete your own questionnaire, which takes 20 minutes to complete.

The course has been organised to be followed in chronological order, and all the instructions are in the lessons; however, if you have any questions along the way, submit a support ticket here.
Your 360° Feedback Assessment:
As part of this course, you get access to the i4 Neuroleader™ 360° Feedback Assessment. You will receive 2 email invitations within the next 24 - 48 hours, these assessment invites will prompt you to do your self-questionnaire and invite your Raters for the 360° feedback component. If you do not receive the email invitations after this time, check your spam/junk mailbox OR please get in touch with us at support@aboutmybrain.com.
12-Month Access & Enrolment Period:
You have 12 months to complete this program. Once this period ends, your enrolment will expire. If this happens, you can regain another 12 months access to the lessons and resources by purchasing another 360° Feedback Assessment here. This gives you the opportunity to complete the assessment again and obtain a progress report.
