ASSESSMENT PROJECTS
ASSESSMENT COMPLETION IN THE CURRENT SYSTEM:
Participants completing the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment have been informed to finalise the assessment by July 25th, 2024, and download their report from the Measure Dashboard before the cutoff date on July 30th, 2024. After this dates the old system will no longer be accessible.
As a practitioner, please ensure that you release any reports to your clients before July 25th, 2024. After this date, if participants need access to the reports, they will need to contact us to request a copy. You can also access your client's results in the new Practitioner Assessment Portal and download those results in the new report format. Read more about the portal further down this page.
ABOUT THE NEW REPORTS:
The i4 Neuroleader™️ Reports are undergoing an exciting makeover! Access to previous results will still be available, but now with a refreshed and optimised design on the reports. The report has been simplified and it is now a little easier to read and debrief. To become acquainted with the new design and updated debrief guide, please read our new support articles here.
Our new system works a bit differently: all new PDF reports will automatically be sent to participants directly via email upon assessment completion, rather than being accessed through a dashboard. Please read this FAQ.
Please note that after July 30th, 2024, previous reports in the old design won't be available for download.
Additionally, old Spanish reports will only be accessible in English after this date. To receive the assessments and reports in Spanish these will need to be set up in Spanish in the new system (this will be available at the end of August).

SETTING UP NEW PROJECTS:
If you are using our services and would like to run more i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment projects. Contact us to schedule an onboarding session for an introduction to our new Practitioner Assessment Portal and updates to our licensing offer.
This means you will not be able to purchase any assessments or use your current assessment credits for new projects in the current platform. If you have assessment credits, these will be transferred over to our new system for you to use. New projects will be set up in the new system after May 30th, 2024.
What happens to my current projects?
You have until July 30th, 2024, to complete any ongoing projects. During this time, participants and their raters can continue with assessments and access their reports as usual. We will move them over to the new system after July 30th.
PROGRAM UPDATES
ABOUT THE i4 NEUROLEADER™ COURSE:
We are thrilled to share some exciting updates about our i4 Neuroleader™ Course! The program has been restructured and now includes new content for your clients.
It is now an ICF CCE accredited 40-hour course, offering 24 Core Competency and 16 Resource Development points. This is a great selling point, as anyone who completes the 360° feedback assessment will earn points toward obtaining or maintaining ICF credentials.
Upon clients completing this updated program on our new platform, participants will receive a certificate of completion for 40 accredited hours and a ‘Brain-Friendly Leader’ Stamp! Read more about the program here.

What happens to expired, current an future enrolments?
- If a participants enrolment has expired, their account in our current system will be closed, a new account will not be opened in the new system. If they wish to regain access to the i4 Neuroleader™ Course, they can purchase another 12 months of access here. This will also include a new i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment, which they can complete to receive a progress report, in addition to being able to gain the new 40-hour ICF CCE certificate of completion.
- If a participant is currently enrolled in the i4 Neuroleader™ Course, their enrolment will be transferred to our new system as part of their 12-month access. The expiry date of the program will remain the same as in the current system. To make the most of this update, encourage them to complete the program before their expiry date! One last thing to note is that because the course has been updated and contains new modules and resources, their progress on the current platform will not be transferred across, and they will need to complete each lesson again to receive the certificate of completion at the end of the program.

ABOUT THE i4 NEUROLEADER™ ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATION:
Much like the i4 Neuroleader™ Course, we have also updated our certification programs. Our self-paced online certification has been redeveloped and now includes content from our 2023 ‘Neurobiology of Coaching, Wellbeing, and Brain-Friendly Practices’ program. If you missed out on this cohort in 2023, you can now access this incredible information on demand at any time 🧠 🙌🏼

Our self-paced format empowers learners to access our comprehensive material and progress through the course at their own pace, no matter where they are or how busy their schedule might be.
This program is now ICF CCE re-accredited as a 40-hour program, offering 24 Core Competency and 16 Resource Development points. The certification also includes access to the i4 Neuroleader™ Course, which means you get a total of 80 ICF CEE.
If you have been previously certified and would like to access this new content, simply renew your annual i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner License to gain access to the updated program for just USD$590 (valued at USD$2,500). With this renewal you will also receive access to 2 x i4 Neuroleader™ 360° Feedback Assessments, which you can use and resell to your client to recoup the cost of this license.
As part of your renewal, you will be able to complete the lessons of both programs and gain up to 80 ICF CCE hours to renew your ACC, PCC or MCC credentials.

LICENSE UPDATES
Our i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner License remains largely the same as before, but with a few updates and some exciting new features!
Why do I need a license?
This license is designed for Certified i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioners to maintain continuous access to the learning platform, lessons, videos, resources, dedicated support, updates to our programs and the IP Rights to be able to deliver the i4 Neuroleader™ Program within organisations. Our lessons, serve as facilitator guides and are there to assist you in refreshing your memory on the methodology and program at anytime. To maintain access, annual renewal is required.
Do I need to renew the i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner License?
No, you don't (unless you want access to the new lessons and resources). As mentioned above, the annual license primarily pertains to ongoing access to the learning dashboard and the IP Rights to deliver the i4 Neuroleader™ Program using the teaching resources.
How do I access the teaching resources?
⚠️ Update: We have made some upgrades and additions to our teaching resources! Facilitator notes, graphic assets, handouts (we have new participants handouts) and most importantly workshop slides are now all available for download, as part of the annual i4 Neuroleader™ Practitioner License. These incredible resources can be accessed on renewal.
Once you have renewed your license, you will be able to access all these resources inside the lessons of the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment Certification.
Value of License and Assessment Credits:
You renewal includes 2 x i4 Neuroleader™ 360° Feedback Assessment credits at retail price (see pricing here) USD$295 each. You can use or resell these assessments to recover the cost of the annual license.
These credits will be available for you to use at any time within the new Practitioner Assessment Portal. They are cumulative and do not expire. Additionally, any assessment credits you had in the old system will be transferred to the new portal for your use.
PRICING UPDATES
You can find our latest assessment pricing in our shop here and licensing here. All our pricing is based on USD. You can view prices in your local currency at the current exchange rate by using the currency drop-down menu in the top-right corner. This menu is automatically set for your region. Pricing in other currencies other than USD may change daily due to exchange rate fluctuations. To ensure you see our static pricing, please select USD. When you make a purchase, the total amount charged will be based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
TAX
We are an Australian company and all pricing listed on our website is exclusive of Australian Sales Tax (GST), which is 10%. Tax only applies to Australian residents and/or registered Australian companies and 10% will be added when purchasing products and services on our website. Based on the digital service tax (DST), our offering falls into the category of ‘educational exempt products and services’ for most regions around the world. This means that for non-Australian residents and/or companies, the sales tax does not apply.
