Sample Email Text

In preparation for our leadership conference / session / workshop on [INSERT DATE], we each have an opportunity to participate in a leadership assessment and program that is designed to expand each of our leadership potentials, optimise brain function and enhance your wellbeing to become more integrated, inspirational, imaginative and intuitive.
The i4 Neuroleader™ Program combines the latest in brain science, leadership development, wellbeing strategies and consists of a series of engaging activities.

It is aimed at enhancing:

  • Leadership skills
  • Embracing a future focus
  • Respect and collaboration across teams
  • Developing influence
  • Managing and embracing change
  • Building resilience
This program was nominated in 2018 as one of the Best Leadership Programs in the Industry by the Australian Institute of Training & Development and featured in the Virgin Unite 100% Human At Work annual publication.
[INSERT NAME OF PRACTITIONER] of [INSERT NAME OF COMPANY of PRACTITIONER] will be managing the assessment throughout the next few weeks in the lead up to the conference / session / workshop, in which [INSERT HE/SHE/THEY] will be formally helping us to understand our strengths -- and our vulnerability ties -- and what to do about this.
[INSERT HE/SHE/THEY] will be writing an email to introduce [INSERT HERSELF / HIMSELF / THEMSELF] to you tomorrow and explain how the process will work.
This 360° assessment, known as the i4 Neuroleader™ Assessment, will give you a chance to reflect on your own strengths and blind spots as a leader, as well as gather feedback from 5 - 20 raters. These can be your manager, your direct reports, your peers, your clients, your suppliers, your friends, your family members or any other person from whom you would like to get feedback.
Since this is a personal leadership and wellbeing assessment we encourage you to invite Raters not only from the workplace, but also from your personal life. This will allow you to receive a more whole-rounded view of yourself and you will be able to compare your results from various groups.
I am excited about the opportunity we have to work on our strengths and our vulnerabilities in leadership for the next year. It will be great to have our own personal feedback by the time we meet in the leadership workshop.
The results of your own assessment remain confidential to you. We won't be asking you to show your report at the conference or at any other time.
What we will ask you, however, is to volunteer the insights you received on the report, so that we can all support each other on the specific aspects we each have to contribute in strengthening our collective leadership.

I have particularly chosen this program and assessment because of the incredible resources and the self-paced online learning experience it offers to follow on from the assessment.
Some of what you have to look forward to:
  • A self-paced development online course which is filled with expert interviews from the award-winning ‘Make Me A Leader’ Documentary and the ‘Leadership Is Upside Down’ Book. This resource is filled with reflective questions, handouts and practical strategies that will help you make better sense of your results and map a plan of action, enhancing your personal and professional life.
  • A second short course called the ‘Self-Paced Virtual Debrief’, which is designed to help you understand the i4 Neuroleader™ Report in more detail.
  • Access to various eBooks that provide you with further learning and reference to support your leadership development journey.
I look forward to your involvement in this program.
Sincerely yours,
