This resource is filled with expert video interviews, reflective questions, handouts and practical strategies that will help participants make better sense of their results and map a plan of action, enhancing their personal and professional life.
In addition, there is also a short video course called the Self-Paced Virtual Debrief with lessons on how to interpret the i4 Neuroleader™ Report and a debrief demonstration. This resource can be used on its own or in conjunction with a one-on-one virtual or face-to-face coaching session.
You can encourage participants to complete the lessons at their leisure once they have received their assessment results. These modules stay in their dashboard for them to access this content at any time, before or after receiving their report.
